“The Common Word” is an inter-Christian radio program which airs on WSON, 860 AM, Henderson, at 8:30 AM on Sunday morning. It is a thirty minute conversation about the Revised Common Lectionary Scripture text appointed for the day.

Among four Henderson ministers: a Catholic priest, Fr. Anthony Shonis Assoc. Pastor of Holy Name of Jesus; a Presbyterian pastor, Rev. John Guthrie; a United Methodist Church pastor, Pastor Freida Alexander; and the Rector of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, the Rev. Dr. Beth A. Macke.
